Social Services by ForSight Vision Center, York, PA
Social Services include Case Management, support, advocacy and counseling. Case management services seek to meet the needs of individual clients by utilizing agency and community resources.
In addition to the programs and services of ForSight Vision, the staff works with clients to access community and government services.
The staff also helps individuals cope with their vision loss by providing education, support and counseling.
