Emmanuelle Lo, 12, Writes & Sings Christmas Carol
A big thank you to Elaine Welch (Pennsylvania Association for the Blind) for sharing this sweet and inspiring story...

Twelve-year-old Emmanuelle Lo is blind since birth.
The Michigan girl lives in a rented, 2BR/1BA home with parents and five siblings. She takes a few (mostly donated) music lessons, but loves to sing and write songs.
Earlier this year, the charming, then-11-year-old gives a little backyard concert, charges a few bucks for attendance, then buys a cheap guitar with the proceeds. Three weeks later, she comes back with this Christmas song.
A neighbor calls a local record producer and says, "You gotta hear this." That guy is smitten by the girl and the song, records it with Larry Mallis ("Ides of March" and "Eye of the Tiger") and shoots that video.
